A woman and her three children were found dead in a home in Verdigris, Oklahoma, on Thursday evening in a suspected murder-suicide.
The woman, who has not been identified, was found dead in the home along with her three children, ages 7, 5, and 3.
The children were all found in separate bedrooms.
Police responded to the home after receiving a call from a family member who was concerned about the woman’s well-being.
When officers arrived, they found the woman and children dead inside.
The cause of death has not been released, but police believe that the woman killed her children before taking her own life.
The Verdigris Police Department is investigating the incident.
