Multiple people were shot in a shooting in Ybor City, Tampa, Florida, early Sunday morning, according to local media reports.
The shooting occurred at around 3 a.m. in the 1600 block of East Seventh Avenue, near the intersection of 7th Avenue and 16th Street, Florida.
Police say that a dispute broke out between two groups of people, and one person opened fire.

The Tampa Police Department has identified the victim who died in the shooting as 22-year-old Tyrell Stephen Phillips.
Phillips was shot multiple times and died at the scene.
Police have also arrested two suspects in connection with the shooting.
The suspects have been identified as 20-year-old Deandre Phillips and 22-year-old Deandre Brown.
Both suspects have been charged with second-degree murder.
The motive for the shooting is still under investigation.
