Individual Membership
Individuals interested in becoming Port Sacco members need to:
- Complete and submit the individual membership application form available for download on the Sacco’s official website.
- Provide a copy of their Kenyan National ID or a valid Kenyan passport.
- Include coloured passport-size photographs.
- Present a copy of their KRA PIN certificate.
- Pay a registration fee of Kshs 500.
- Commit to a minimum monthly deposit of Kshs 1,000.
- Maintain a share capital of Kshs 40,000.

- Complete and submit the joint membership application form.

- Provide copies of KRA PIN certificates for all group officials.

- Corporate/ Company Membership
To apply for corporate/company membership, entities must:
- Complete and submit the company membership application form.
- Provide a certified copy of their registration certificate.
- Present a general meeting/board resolution authorizing the account opening at Mombasa Port Sacco.
- Provide the company’s memorandum and article of association.
- Include coloured passport-size photographs of authorized signatories along with copies of their ID or passport.
- Provide signature specimens of the signatories.
- Present copies of the KRA PIN certificates of the directors.
- Include a copy of the company’s KRA PIN certificate.
- Pay a registration fee of Kshs 500.
