Shooting in 15th District
On October 24, 2023, at 4:26 PM, a 21-year-old black male was shot once in the left forearm and once in the right thigh at 55XX Tulip Street on the highway in the 15th District of Philadelphia.
The male was transported to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital by police and placed in stable condition.
